Need to program xr15 without internet

Is it possible? My dad has this light andhe doesn't have internet, not even a computer. Im putting together a tank for him and decided it would be nice to have the same lights. I have the internet and have everything dialed in at my house but when I plug his lights in using the ecotech configuration software its doesn't see the radion. I did the updates but still no luck....what do I need to do? im ready to sell and buy something simpler. Please help

You are unable to program your XR15 without EcoSmart Live and an internet connection. I would recommend programming the Radion at your house then installing it over your father's aquarium.

Get your dad a Kessil 360, you won't need the net for that light.

Not having an option for people who don't have, or even want the internet, is a very unwise decision for a manufacturer IMO.
