i have emailed 2 different addresses but have yet to receive any response to get my powerbar 6d pab circuit board serviced. can anyone chime in or help?

Just an fyi the units can be repaired by the owner with spares being sent to you.

These are the new service support email addresses in Germany that now take care of USA support.

the fix is to replace the whole board so you just reverse what you did to take it out.

You will need to reach the service contacts to get the new board though, sorry.

Yes GHL head office is in Germany. They recently set up GHL USA LLC for shipping to dealers with a location in Florida as announced on this board.
