need to take out brittle star

its about the lenght of my hand, about a quarter sized base.... hiding under my main rock. it keeps eating my cleaner shrimps i buy... so far its had 40 bux worth of shrimp. that stupid thing needs to go. i put in cleaners... and within 2 days they disappear. so i dont know what the deal is.

i want it out!!!

Take lid off tank, cleanse hands, stick hand in your tank, grab it,take it out.

I have had luck by putting some sinking pellets in the front of the tank when they come out to eat grab them........

Get a small wine carafe, tip it up just ever so slightly, so he'll gently slide, and bait it with nice chopped shrimp. YOu may not even have to wait til dark.

if i move any rocks even a milimeter, my whole rock set up will come tumbling down. no joke, happened before and i got extremely mad.

This bait trap works well.

I've grabbed some dried krill and put it down on the sand near his hang out. Within a few seconds, it should come right out. keep your hand there, so when he goes for the shrimp, you go for him.
