Need Wood for Smoker

Off topic, but I am still in need of some wood for my smoker. This is the time of year I need to be lighting it up. Does anyone know where I can get some pecan, fruit woods?

Homeland grocery has bags of wood outside along the sidewalk.

Those places are small bags. I need a good amount. They are way over priced for a little bag.

I guess you can do like I do and pay someone out in the country, buy a good chainsaw, cut a tree down, and work your butt off. Take it home and split and stack. Have Fun!!!!

seasoned or green? Also check with the orchards in Jones area they start trimming this time of year and if I remember they will sell cheap or give it to you.

seasoned and green. about 1/2 rick or so would be good. Would like cheap or free.

I plan on trimming the pecan but it wont be that much, but you are welcome to it after I cut it.

Thanks again for the tip. I have located some good pecan off of craigslist. Now I just need to find some fruit wood such as peach or apple.
