Needing a heater and return pump

Anyone have any laying around that they dont need.
Its for a new 55gal set-up. Not quite sure what kind of return to get that will be stroung enough.
Any suggustions will help.

mag 9 should cut it ,, i had a 7 on my 72 and it was a bit light on flow from the return , a 9 in a 55 will work just fine.

Watch when you buy a used heater. I bought two from one of our memgers and they were locked wide open and never would shut off. I PM the member about it and never got an answer. You would be best off to buy new.

Cash03ins is right heaters are something not something to cut coners on.Aquatic tech has some Ebo--Jager heaters in the $20-30 range that are excellent quality.We bought a complete 125 gallon system on craigslist and replaced one of the heaters trying to save a few $$$ only to have the cheap backup lock on and raise the tank temperature several degrees good thing we caught it before bed.The tank only had live rock and aa frog spawn at the time some it didn''t do real damage.

Darn, I could given you a heater. Sorry I didnt think of it. Something like a rio 2100 should be plenty for your return pump.
