I am out of ideas for new additions to my 8x2x2. I will put below what i currently stock. I am looking for some larger peaceful fish to go into my community. My current stock get along perfectly and all seem to be very passive.Any suggestions would be great thanks.

Current stock:
x1 blue spot rabbit fish
x1 sailfin tang
x1 dragon wrasse
x1 carpenter wrasse
x1 neon wrasse
x1 cleaner wrasse
x1 saddle back puffer
x1 coral beauty
x1 bangaai cardinal
x1 lawn mower blenny
x1 bi color blenny
x2 scissor tail dartfish
x3 blue green chromis
x2 red starfish
x1 coral banded shrimp

What about a bellus angel? Naso tang, Fairy and flasher wrasses, anthias or chromis, flame angel, Midas blenny. Is this a reef or fish only?

That Dragon Wrasse is not reef compatible, just an FYI. It's going to eat all of your shrimp, crabs and snails once it's an adult and will also move your coral and rock work.

It is a fish only tank. Currently the dragon wrasse has no interest in my cb shrimp. He does love to move rocks. Would a trigger be compatible with shrimp? All my fish are very passive whimpy fish lol. I have a wrasse collection growing. Looking for other larger peaceful fish that won't eat my cb shrimp.

Is there any reason that you
Are so attached to the shrimp? Those have been known to take fish when they get to a certain size anyways. And with a fish only tank that is 8 feet long
You have a lot of really neat
Options but many of them will possibly eat the shrimp

Triggers, puffers, wrasses, hawkfish. I would seriously look into a Niger trigger, pair of crosshatch or blue jaw triggers, more Toby puffers, maybe a baby dogface puffer, halichoeres wrasses,Long nose hawkfish pair. With all those fish, I would just leave the cb shrimp in the tank and then hope it survives. Or sell it. And I would get a Naso tang. For sure. And maybe a powder blue.

I already have blue green chromis. The naso tang looks cool. I'm not sure if my coral beauty would get along with a flame angel.

Since it's a fish-only tank I'd definitely consider a dog face puffer (as long it'll get along with your other fish)! I always wanted one but never bothered due to my tank size and corals.
I've heard mixed things about dog face puffers going after large shrimp, most seem to say it doesn't bother them as long as it's well fed... They may also be aggressive now that I think about it...?

As others mentioned the CB shrimp might go after smaller fish eventually... But I've also heard of ones being completely model citizens.

You might also consider one of the larger Angelfish species in a tank that size or a tang (definitely add the tang last). I'd definitely think of maybe getting a 2-3 Heniochus, they should school and look awesome... Or just grab a Moorish Idol if you're willing to put the time and effort in to getting it eating :p

You could try and add more coral beauty's, like 2 juvenile ones, put in acclimation box for the Current fish to get used to. But I wouldn't be worried about adding another dwarf angel
In an 8 ft tank. That's just me though.

So what i am thinking so far is adding a papuan puffer, nado tang, copper band butterfly, bicolour dotty back, watchmen goby, orange filefish.
