when my tank has"matured" enough for a nem (which wont be for a whhile) i was wondrering if i would have to get rid of all my fish but the clown. i nhave a 12 gal Ap w/ 1 bicolor blenny 1 green chromis 1 ocellaris clown. if i get a nem would i bbe able to keep corals too? shrimp?

If it were me I wouldn't put a nem in anything smaller than 45-50g tanks. They get too big too fast. 12g is def too small for any nem except maybe a flower anemone and they don't host.

Sorry, I know these weren't the answers you were looking for.
BUT, I did want to say good for you for doing your homework! It's great to see people who are reading up before getting a nem, and asking questions like this. You've probably saved yourself some headaches and a nem's life.

FWIW - it's easier to keep larger tanks stable, which is another thing nems really benefit from. If you had a larger tank you could still have corals and fish in addition to the clowns.
