Neptune Apex att Jeremy...

I've been trying to get my Apex lite connected to my network, I've tried 5 different known working ethernet cables but don't get the green light below the ethernet port on the base controller. I've even tried a different router but still no luck. The first day I had it I was able to connect one time, but haven't been able since then. I'm thinking its defective. Just trying to figure out what to do. I called Neptune, but thier closed until March 8th.

Hi Jordan,

Sorry to hear about the issues. I do have an Apex running, although I have not connected to a network with it yet, so I'm not going to be a ton of help here. Have you posted the question in the Neptune forum yet for any ideas?

I will give Curt a call for you Monday morning (Mar. 8th). Hopefully it's an easy fix in which we can get you up and running right away.

I did post a thread there.

Well I gave it one last shot before hearing back on Monday, I was able to log in, I wiggled the Ethernet cord in the base unit and it turned green. I did try 5 cords though so it must be a connection loose inside the base unit. I'll see how long it works for. Im much happier now.
