Never had a problem with my order, just miss those shipping confirmations...

I always order from you guys because I get good prices and super fast shipping!

I am wondering , however, what happened to your quick sending of order shipment confirmation you used to have.

I know you changed your computer/server system, but I used to get a confirmation of shipping on the same day I placed the order. (I assume not long after order was shipped)


Now I won't receive it untill after I receive the order sometimes. (same thing with Marinedepotlive, called in an order and thought it wasn't shipped out the day it was supposed to ; thus didn't think it would arrive on time becuase I didn't get the tracking or shipping confirmation ...good thing I was home when it did arrive on time :) )

Always like your service and products I have gotten and will continue to order from you, but sure do miss those quick and accurate shipping confirmations ;)

I apologize if you haven't received your confirmation or shipping notifiction emails. I have checked the logs and the emails have been going out.
The confirmation email for any order gets sent right after the order is placed and the shipping notification emails go out nightly at around 8pm Pacific Time.
It is possible that the email went to your spam folder. Check there just to be sure.
Or send me an email to jose@marinedepot.com and I'll look into your order just to double check that the email was indeed sent.

We are also working on displaying the tracking number on your order history when you log on to our website. This feature should be active within a month or two.
