I need to sell my new 250watt HQI Reefstar (by Hamilton) setup. Includes pendant, bulb, and ballast.

The whole setup is honestly brand new. I just bought a replacement bulb (14k 250w Hamilton) for the system since the last one died prematurely, but I need the money more then the setup. The ballast has been on for no more than 20 hours.
I'm asking 175. It sells for 300 + shipping online for the same item (brand new). I live at the beaches (Ponte Vedra). I would prefer it if it could be picked up, but if not I'm sure we can work something out.
I also have 2 buckets (five gallons) of base rock (old Fiji) that I want to be rid of. With them and the lighting system we can call it even at 200.
