New 6060 isn't working

I just bought a brand new 6060 and plugged it in tonight. nothing. Is there something I am missing? I'm a newbie and just filled up the tank. I'm making sure all the equipment I bought is working and I'm not sure why this isn't. It is fully submerged and not blocked. Help! I think I'll cry if it doesn't work!

I lied! After a little while it started working. I'm a newbie and stuff like that freaks me out! Sorry!

Let me know if it acts up again. Low voltage can be a problem, they don't function well in brown out conditions- anything below 110 is a problem. 90V is the no chance point.
