new 6105 issue cycling

my newly installed 6105 is not cycling like my other 3 pumps (all on 7095) - it is stuck on low - I have the white knob turned full clockwise and usinf 15 volt jumper - suggestions? When I take the cord to the 7095 off I can change the RPM with the white knob.

btw the larger magnet works fine on my 1 inch arylic but I meant to order 2 and got one - what does your paper work say - might be another box coming?

I messed up your order and we sent a second one the following day, it is on the way.

I would try another cable, the cable may have an internal break or short. I would also try another socket on the controller just to be sure it is not a program issue.
