New 630gal SPS Peninsula, NJ

Wow...glad to see its being fixed...I have a 80×36×27 high tank by the same company..did you see anything odd before this happened? After seeing this I went out and got clamps and wood hoping never to use them lol... I will say I could not be happier with my tank..hope to see your tank up and running soon...

Rest of my system in basement is still running, with all my fish and live rock uploadfromtaptalk1427476303549.jpg

Wow, what a beautiful tank and what a mess with it breaking. Hope everything ends up working out, is Miracles standing behind you as far as other losses like water damage? That would make them an excellent company in my book.

Wow

Wow

I just read this entire thread, what a surprize when the seam went, You've got some nerve I'll say that. I hope they've fixed it right. Good Luck

Basement wasn't finish, so my sump pumps drained out. Just all my electric outlets, apex get wet in my filtration room. Apex display was soak, but I took it apart, let it dry for few days, and works like new so far :)

I haven't popped open my apex, so I don't know if the circuit board is protected at all. But I would look into replacing it if it got wet. Mainly out of concern that the unit would start developing corrosion on the circuits that could cause some weird behavior (if not fail completely). It may be worth sending Neptune a message to see what they say. No sense in having your controller go bad after you get the tank back up and running.
