new 75 gallon question

Hello all!! Im new to RC and have a quick question. I am gonna be setting up my new 75 rr tank with a 20 gal long sump under it. My question is how big of a return pump should i get for this. I am building a custom stand which is 37" tall. Any ideas???

I'd target around 300-500 gph of flow through the sump.
