Think she meant a tupperware instead of rubber maid.

Yep :) Thanks for the correction.

No problem, and the only reason I know tupperware so well is because most of my meals come in that form. ;)

Plus I have used them to kept traveling anemones in while out of town.

I've been holding back this picture, but just so you guys know that orange haddonis do exist in nature.
This pic was taken in the Marshall Islands.
It comes from this website. http://www.underwaterkwaj.com/

I am not sure that these pics represent true colors. If you look closer, you will notice color beyond anemones' edges (mostly on the lower right sides). This becomes even more obvious if you use photo editing software to play with the pics.

Also, one the clowns has been dipped in paint (first pic, top right).

I am not saying that these color morphs do not exist, it is just these two pics bug me.

Supposedly these are video capture stills, maybe to see the actual video it would become clearer. Or perhaps we need to arrange for some RC dive trips to Kwajalein to see for ourselves. :)

But yeah, now that you mention it, I do see that the edges appear to be blending into the surroundings, and I do see a clown that appears to be blushing (top right but still over the anemone you mean? Not the most top right of the whole photo).

Yeah, track Eco down with his charted plane :D Remember the days?

Yes, the one over the anemone.

I imagine in this day and time video stills should not "spill" colors.

I ordered the DVD from this site a year or so ago.
The first anemone is on the DVD I have, the second is not. The anemone is that bright on the video as well. I suppose it is possible to doctor a video, but given the rest of the clips in the video, I don't know why he would enhance just the one clip.

I don't know if he told me when I ordered or it's on the website somewhere, but he had a difficult time capturing stills from the video that he felt were good enough to post and wouldn't take 5 minutes to download. Maybe that is what we are seeing.

The videographer is in the armed services and stationed in the Marshall Islands. I don't know what kind of video/photo software is available for his personal use.

that bright reddish orange carpet is one of the most stunning one I ever saw (aside from mine) :)

Is there any shipments from Marhshall islands?

Fish shipments from the Marshall Islands come in all the time. I don't think I have ever seen any invert shipments from there.
I don't know if the inverts are protected or there is just more money in fish. Either way, I'm sure the place is not covered in orange carpets. :D
