I'm curious to its growth rate as well...After some long searching, it appears that his coral prefers high light and moderate to high flow...so we will see

Congrats! That's the carribean sps from helenski right? Very cool. I'd love to get a carribean reef biotope tank going. Placew me on the frag reserve list. Any idea where he Helenski got this?

I'm going to resurrect this thread to see if A. this coral is still alive and B how was it's growth rate? I just learned of this and got a frag this week. Currently I have it at the bottom of the tank but under halides and t5's. Seems to be happy.

Unfortunately I lost mine in a tank crash awhile back, but it did grow at a moderate rate. Its beautiful in straight actinic or blue LEDs. I would love to find it again.
