I would only be buying under the assumption that I will start a bigger cube in the near future and then I won't have to buy another light when I decide to go bigger hah
Bass-That's one of the main reasons why I got this light, being able to upgrade it to something larger plus it was the smallest fixture with this much power.
How do you guys think this nano would fair in a 24x24x24 cube. Plan on having a mix of sps, lps and softies. Will there be enought light for the corals on the bottom edges?
I think that would be pushing it. You would have to hang it quite high for coverage. I think lower light SPS, LPS, and softies would be fine for the light at a higher point.
Nate-Work has unfortunately made it hard for me to have time and take proper care of a home marine system. Though I do have a 2.2 Gallon Rimless planted for myself. My 3 yr old daughter has her 65 gallon fancy goldfish tank and a 10 gallon GloFish tank, plus the 5+ Betta systems around the house. haha
Ugh, tell me about it. She's a running machine! She loves her fish too. I refuse to teach her "Nemo" and "Dori". I teach her the common names instead..lol.
