Well it's the last day of the month, and the last day of my patience 
While the Vega seems promising on paper, so did the sol and the radion as well. I've cancelled my order as I'm tired of waiting on a product that may/may not live up to the hype. Ecotech Live seemed promising, but it really looks like a bust. IMO, the best of LEDs are yet to come. I'm sticking with T5s for now and my corals won't again suffer the consequences of LED experimentation.

I was thinking the same. Talk about terrible timing if they end up on back order.

I didnt like the sols color and had a bad experience with the radionics. I decided not to be a guinea pig with the Vegas. I actually cancelled a while ago. I'm not worried about back order, I'm sure theyll be available. In addition, I would prefer to customer the pucks from the start, and I don't think that's available yet. My corals are just recovering from my radion trial. Good luck!!!!

Doubtful with the Labor Day holiday. They shipped out to retailers on August 31. Hopefully they get the upgrades done soon, that's what I'm really waiting for.

Hellolights said they are going to have them drop shipped until they have them in stock. Not sure which would be the quicker route.
Just joining this thread. The fact that these units are shipping is wonderful news. However, does anybody know when the New Controllers will ship? It would certainly be frustrating to receive the unit and not be able to use it. With that in mind, I might as well wait for the Director which “should” be out at MACNA.
I was told by ReefGeek last week that the controller will ship along with the first shipments of the lights. They said that was confirmed to them by AI.
