New Anemone Help

Recently purchased a new anemone

Here a pic but as you can see, the mouth is gaping. The water parameter are on par. I'm thinking its a mini max carpet anemone but please let me know what you think it is and of the condition. Any advise is appreciated!!!

What you have is a S. haddoni and it does not look like it will make it.

Maybe you could try Minh's cipro treatmant, looks like you have nothing to lose.
