I know this is an old thread, but I believe this will relate to the discussion held here. Anyone knows what happened to the OP's fish?
Anyways, I have acquired my fish as juvi, and I regret not taking any progression shot of this fish. The reason is that it was housed in my old tank at my parent's house. It has fully changed and was lately transferred to my new tank. The fish was in a 150 glas. full of caulerpa with zero aggression. It was fed 4-5 times day exclusively on pellets.

As you can notice it completely lacks the ocelli...

Jeremy hasn't posted in the Reef Fish forums in a while. He is likely still lurking somewhere on the board though. Maybe he can pop in with an update, I am also curious as to how his fish looks now....

Just re found this thread. Fish is still alive. In a big 500 gallon lite reef. This fish looks like those posted though, just a normal blue face missing the ocelli. But he's big now. Maybe 8".
