new apex wont connect

I have a brand new apex full version and I cant get it to connect to wifi.
I have tried through a phone and an Imac it only sees 2 networks, while my phone and computer see 20.
its maybe 15 feet from the router

how can something so expensive and really so basic be so difficult to use in every sense?

my classic apex on my other tank was a PIA to get setup as well.

If you have 2 networks being broadcast 2.4ghz & 5ghz, be sure that you are only trying to connect to the 2.4ghz.
