New BTA not sticky

Last Wednesday I got a new beautiful BTA for my tank. It opened up pretty much immediately and by Wednesday night it found a spot under a rock and has not moved since. I can see that it is opened up fully, has good color, retracts immediately upon being touched, but it is not at all sticky. Should I be concerned about this? Is it just acclimating still, or do you think there is something wrong with it?

The tank specs are:

28g with 89watts LED
SG - 1.025
pH - 8.2
Ammonia/Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5
Mg - 1380
Alk - 10
Calcium - 380

Heres a picture so you can see how he looks!

First, why are you touching it? lol

Second, anemone's will go where they want. They'll move around until they find a spot they like. Light, flow, perceived threats... lots of factors will determine what they decide to do. Nothing you can really do about it but sit back and watch. Eventually they settle down. I have two rose nems that stay in one area of the tank, but always seem to be moving behind rock, in front of rock, higher up, lower... i just want to yell at them to sit still!

Haha I tried to feed it, that's how I know it's not sticky AND that it retracts to touch ;)
I wasn't just randomly poking it for funsies!

And yes I'm not so concerned about where he is, but more that his tentacles won't stick to anything and I can't feed him...
