Yesterday i purchased a BTA from my lfs. today the BTA isnt doing so well. its shrunken and kinda shriveled and stuff is comming out of it, which i assume is poop. all my water parameters are fine, i just checked. In my tank i have the BTA, a single ocellaris clownfish (im thinking of getting another), a domino damsel, and a condy. the condy is doing great and looks beautiful.

You may what to put a screen over the top of the tank where the BTA is, I know mine did this when I got it. I found out after the fact it was expelling zoo(*&#@$ algae that is within their body structure and it was due to the lighting change. Mine actually hide under a rock for a few days. So it is probably ok, just watch it and it should puff back up the first time mine did this it took about 6 or 7 hours. As long as your water parameters are good and stable it should be ok.
This post actually gives us very little to work with.
What size tank?
What lighting?
What filtration?
What, EXACTLY, do you mean by "all my water parameters are fine"? What parameters do you measure and what are the actual readings?
Without the above info, no one can really give you any decent advise.

Kevin does have a valid point, I did make the assumption of an fairly knowledge reef keeper who already knows what to monitor and how to run the filtration that is good for a BTA etc... A second opinion never hurts.
Type of filtration? Any skimmer? How about chemical filtration (carbon or other ad- or absorption media)? Type of lighting (and wattage). Temperature? What are you measuring pH and SG with?
A 20 gallon is pretty small for a BTA by itself. A BTA with a condy may be too small for both to co-exist.
