new camera, nano, and aneneme

I would get one of those half dollar size sailfin tangs. They would have plenty of room in the nano. Remember fish stay small if they are in a small tank.:D :D :D

it will be brought home in when it starts to get hot.

I am definitely going to be putting some xenia and gsp in there. kids love my gsp they think it is underwater grass.

I have read a little about the mods. I think I am going to put a maxjet 900 and a difrent water deflector. as far as the filters I took everything out except the carbon. I know my wife will not take the sponges out and clean them so I do not want them to be nitrate factories.

i don't belive the fish stay small if they are in a small tank thing. that is why i do not have a blue tang. my wife has been begging me for one forever. i am just a little leary about small fish outgrowing my tanks.

I still have some blue anthelia. There is a pic in my gallery.
I could give you some of that.
I work with St.Louis Schools removing asbestos. I know you could get a pass/i.d. and stop by after school while the janitors are cleaning and do some filter maintenance/water changes.(just a suggestion)

The goby suggestion was in place of the clowns. A cleaner shrimp instead of fish could work also. I would keep the bio-load low.

Just joking nathan, dont put any tangs in there. Now I have been hearing good things about something called a moorish idol:D :D :D

longspine puffers are much better suited for a nano than a moorish idol. anybody with half a brain knows that!

well got a couple coats of poly on the stand. couple more coats and will be ready to go . I am going tomorrow to get some rock from kentrob to put in the nano and for my 75 fuge. I hope to have it cycling by late on Sunday.

the top piece of trim came out fair. it was my first time at trying to bend wood around a curved surface. I think next time I will invest in some clamps. but when you work on something around 9 and ten at night and live in podunk. you use what you have.

well I got 60 pounds of rock from kentrob11. the rock was well worth the drive. thanks Kent you have a real nice tank. not to mention the killer skimmer. that bad boy is a beast. well I have two pieces of the rock from Kent in the nano the rest in in the 75 I also pulled some a few of the small pieces of rock out of my 75 and put in the nano. I have some serious aquascaping to do in my 75 now. here is a picture of the nano in action.

the sand is still settling so it is still cloudy. there are some shrooms on the rock from Kent that are already opening up.

well here are the pics of the 75 with kents rock put in. there is still 4 big peices in the fuge. the angel and the dottyback love the new rock they are always swimming on the right side now when they used to stick to the middle and left side. all the coral seam to like there new locations so far but we will see.

the nano is doing great. the water test good. there was not much of a cycle. i used fully cured rock, a litttle live sand from my tank and half new water and half water from my 75. i have put three snails and two hemits in the nano. the hitchhiker mushrooms are doing good. this weekend if all goes well i am going to get a fish.
