New Canon A720 IS pics

I just got this today and wanted to get some feed back. Below are the pics I took before reading the manual. I was really surprised at the quality compared to my point and shoot cameras.

The video is equally impressive. Not bad for a camera that cost 200.00 and free shipping from Newegg.

good pics! keep playing with the manual settings and I bet you can even do a bit better. That model was rated best point and shoot macro on this site

That site was one of the reasons I choose the camera.

I had a few SLRs when I was much younger and wanted to get some thing to get me back into the hobby without too much of an out lay of cash before I jumped in deeper.

My poor Minolta 3xi is still sitting in the drawer waiting to be put back into service.
