New Clam - Pics

Well, I got one! I'm a member of the club now
Here are a few pics for viewing pleasure. It was very responsive in the LFS, and 2 hours after being in my tank it looks great.
I'm thinking it's a Crocea Clam - so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks, and will do! The LFS had the clam under VHO lighting, and was rather dull in my opinion. I have 500wts of MH's at 15000k, and the blue's are really starting to POP in it.

You might want to acclimate him to the light with that much of a light change

I have a screen at the top of the tank to shade him and reduced photo period. Do you think that will be sufficient?

Look very nice goie it some time and the truer colors will slowly come to life

Well, so far, there is a very vibrant blue coming out in it. It still looks great!
