new clam

i got this clam a few days ago

ANd this one is older, does anyone know what the things are on the side, not the algea but they have hard shells and look similar to snails.

Are the things on the clam pyramid shaped and white? These could be a pest..

they are kind opf pyramid shapped. and white, how do i get rid of them

I had a friend who had them. The only things he did was kill all of the ones he saw and he moved his clam to a different spot. I haven't heard from this guy for over 6 months so I don't know if everything is doing better. I think they are called pyramid snails.
