New clown not looking so hot

Took a trip to my LFS this weekend to pickup a pair of percs. Everything seemed well until yesterday evening when I noticed the larger of the two not really eating and seeming to have some sort of injury to his mouth. Additionally he seems to have white stringy poo.

Here are some photos of him to show ya what I mean. Sorry for the not so great quality, kind of hard to grab him as he doesn't stay too still.

Any thoughts on how I should proceed from here?

i would think internal parasites...soak his food in some of this...should be cool in no time...

I will swing by the LFS on my way home today. The good news is this morning he actually ate a little something. His mouth looks no better though.
