New clown pairing

We introduced a new juvie/male to my previously spawning female today.

My female had a falling out with her previous mate who I think turned female too. I was able to get them both in the tank at the same time but "he" never was willing to live with her in close proximity.

Well I added a smaller fish that was held with a maroon at the LFS and getting his butt kicked. He fell right into line as soon as he was in the tank and after less than an hour they were in the anemone together.

Sorry for the picture quality but he's new and they're a little skittish about the flash.

but i have never really seen pitbulls of the sea go at it until you started posting.

I am sure that there are a lot of people who have never seen 2 clownfish go after each other in a serious territorial dispute.

What really surprised me is that they were able to find a way to not actually kill each other and each find an anemone. I just don't tink they were ever going to pair back up and spawn again. Once I get her spawning again I'm going to get a nice juvi for her previous mate.
