So I just set up a 29 gallon softie tank for my younger brother and he has the "itch" real bad! Hopefully he'll be able to make next weeks meeting but you'll all meet him sooner or later.

As far as lighting goes, he's got one flourescent daylight tube and thats it for now.Just enough to support xenia and star polyps!:lolspin: He might be able to keep some frogspwan, torch or hammer. I told him as soon as he makes himself known he'll get some friendly handouts from the club.

Just took a sample in to the store and got some more water, dude said everything looked good just need to let it cycle for a few weeks... the waiting game begins :/

speak of the devil:D the first weeks of waiting are the hardest. At least you have some live rock to look at:hammer:

Hey Jake I have a little gsp hunk I can give him and even a small piece of hammer when he's ready plus assorted polyps. You know the ones you are always telling me to get out of the way of the Zoes ;)

right on Grant!. He'll love the frogspwan, newbs always do:D Im gonna do a water change today and use that water to clone my tank and cut his cycle time down.
