Thought I'd post a shot of my new Jack-O-Lantern Leptoseris. Also threw in a couple existing corals. My Space Invader Pectina is growing like crazy. JP

Congratz on the new lepto, JP. I've only seen them in pictures, but they are gorgeous. Your ventralis anthias makes me really jealous, it's one of my absolute favorite fish. How long have you had it? I'm hesitant to give them a try since I've read they like slightly cooler temps. Have you found this to be true?

Zibba, I have had the Anthias for over a year now. I have 2 of the 3 I started out with. They are very colorful and are out swimming in the open all day. I keep my tank at 77 degrees because they do like colder temps. I think the Lepto is going to be a cool addition. I seem to like the oddball corals you don't see all the time. I'm growing fond of the Pectina's and now have 3 different ones.

Cool, this was going to by my next question. The first time I saw these fish in person was in a store in St. Louis and, had my system been set up, I would have taken them home on the flight back. They had two trios, both with a super male. Even the females were brilliantly colored.

You're right, that pectina pictured above is something else. I've already penned (not penciled) that one in on my stock list! :) I might have to swing out there sometime and check out your system for myself.

NICE Jack-O-Lantern Leptoseris!! It is really pretty! I too love the odd ball corals and this is how I ended up with my leptoseris tubilferia. Maybe we can trade frags one day?? :) All your pics were of really nice stuff :)
