New Creature!!! Need Answers!!!!

My husband and I bought this piece of live rock with button polyps, well we noticed today something else was on the piece of live rock as well. As I was feeding the fish today I squirted some brine shrimp by it, and it sucked it up and ate it thru its little mouth located in the center.

It has red feathery like tenicals and eats like an anenome, It lays flat on the rock, it does not sway or anything. I have tried to post a picture but the website wont let me post a jpeg picture.

Sounds like a barnacle.

They are not bad, but will stunt corals growth significantly.

I fragged a colony of hammer coral:
3 headed frag with barnicle grew to 5 heads in 6 months.
3 headed frag withOUT barnicle grew to 12 heads in 6 months.

It could very well be an anemone, but of course a photo would be nice.
