I love its blue/green color and the size is nice as well, looks to be a VERY healthy clam

I did a 2.5 hr drip on it and put it in the tank, it moved a little bit but I think its happy now

Any good advice for these guys (its about mid-level in my tank, directly under a 250watt 10k halide)

hope my pics are enjoyable :)

Nice looking clam you got there. How big is it? You probably know this, but under ~3 inches you'll want to feed it phyto pretty often.

Is that a shot from above the water or thru the glass?
Nice colors either way.

I have never fed my small clams & they grow like weeds. Cleaning the glass & proper feeding of the reef gives them what they need. May be it's just luck.
I prop them where I want them in the tank & in a day they are attatched.

I feed my tanks with phyco pure every other day, along with a good homemade food blend for all the fish and coral, I think it should do fine for me, I took the picture thru the glass, its 3-3.5 inchs I'd guess

:)
