In Memoriam
Got a new crocea last night. The one side didn't open 100% but it laying kind of on it so I figured it was just a little irriated. The guy told me if I had any problems to let him know but it was by far the nicest clam so I took it. Last night it didn't open the entire way but was very responsive. Today I came home nad it was closed up while an emerald crab appeared to be picking at the end that wasn't fully open. I removed the crab from the tank for good but now a nassarius seems to be at him. The other side of the clams opens within seconds of moving it but I"m afraid he may not recover. All my cleaner shrimp and everhting else are not bothering it so it must not be smelling too much like death.
Any ideas or suggestions?
