New Equipment

OK Guy's and Gal's The New equipment Voted on at the meeting yesterday has been ordered From Aquatic Critter and I will let everyone know when it will be available to start loaning out. As soon as donny puts up the Equipment list thread we can get some people lined up to use the new Items
Hanna Checkers x 2 each KH checker/Phosphorus PPB Checkers and reagents.
Another Apogee Par Meter so we will now have two to keep it going around faster. Also remember the Reagents will be .50cents each one you use on the checkers Payable on return of the equipment.

Talked to Chris Today and he hopes to have the new equipment in on Friday. If that takes place is there anyone Interested in using the New KH/Phos Meters, Or the second Par Meter? LMK and we will start a new list?

also I like to use the kh metter and put me down for the par too bill. I think there was more people inline before me, and pm me on the cost of the parmeter. just seeing how good of a friend at sunlight was.

Your the First to reply so you can have a set with reagents for 3 weeks Max, Unless there is no one else waiting for a set. The Tests will cost .50 cents each as the Reagents are 8.99 for 25 tests plus shipping and you just pay for what you use. Hope this is OK as this was decided at the meeting. LMK how you would like to P/U as I could try and help by leaving it as close to you as possible.

Just a suggestion for the new BOD but is there a way to make a list that can only be updated by the BOD as to what is checked out and by whom and for how long?

That way people can check it out and see whether they would be next in line or if they would have to wait a while so they can plan accordingly and be ready when it's their turn.

This of course would need to be on the MTRC website.

It would also help to air out anyone that is holding up the process.

Actually I should probably be last. I got it the day of the meeting and took it back to Bill the next day. My PAR was way to high and have since raised my lights and just need it for a couple hours to get my PAR readings vs light height dialed in. Thanks!

OK As i was not told of all these people on the list, Shane already had it once and at the Meeting Gannmann was I thought after Jennifer Who has already had it also. I was going to get it back from her today and pass it to ocdmariner because i did not know about these other people. We should have the second Meter tomorrow and this will speed things up some. We will have a thread to keep track of the order it will just take a little time so please be patience.
gannmann has passed as I have because our lights are not finished, So when i have them in my hands again i will PM the next in line about P/U
Jay If you can P/U the New Meter at the AC we can pass that one around from your area OK that will take care of those close to the Boro/Nashville

I have the Par Meter Back at my house In Spring Hill, Anybody who is next in line can come get this one if you want and return it to Smyrnareffer as the AC new one has not arrived today. LMK if you want to P/U this one CloudIX PS I'll be At Mel's house but I can leave it at my front door and My Granduughter can give it to you If I'm not home.

I'm confused (I know - so what else is new?)... I thought the new proposed rule was 3 days for all club equipment loaners? Or am I just imagining that? LOL
