As far as sharpness and flash, yes I do use a flash, I have the SB800, only 1 unfortunately, however used in conjunction with the on-camera flash, I can fire it remotely. With ans ISO of 200, I can sync at 1/500 sec. at f/5.6
 
Absulutely stunning pics!!!!!! I just got a kodak P880 and am praying that I did not make a mistake since my pics are an embarasement to society at this point! No clue how you guys get such great pics. Guess I need to learn about shutter speed and all that stuff! You are my motivation without a dout! Thanks so much for taking the time to post your work.

Just keep practicing with it. Read up on how to make your camera use a faster shutter speed, usually an icon of someone running indicates faster speeds, also you can increase your ISO, or use your flash.
