looks good what type wrasse ?? melanarus { not sure of the spelling}
Nice firefish. Can you tell us a little about them? Did you get them both at the same time? Any fighting? Do they share the same bolt hole?

its a melanurus wrasse and the firefish and and wrasse all were bought yesterday and put in at the same time no fighting yet. my six line went after the wrasse and the melanarus put him in his place wich im thankfull for i was sick of my six line being the boss of the tank really nice fish so far im hoping they live a long happy life in my tank

well he was out all day the first day like he owned the tank now i cant find him the tank is sealed so there is no way he got out so im thinking hes hiding

the tank is sealed couse i have a diamond watchman gobie wich for the first time this morning i noticed little eyes popping out of the sand it was the gobie had buried himself ive never seen it before looked pretty cool

they have actually relocated to the other side of the tank and have made a burrow under a rock were they bolt to if frightend but for how skidish people are saying these fish are these ones are actually pretty bold and will nip at each other and other fish lol
I'm not surprised they nip at each other. They can be aggressive with their own species. I'm contemplating getting a pair of purple firefish for my 75 gallon.

the nipping has decreased there kinda like buddys now they swim around with each other all day i noticed
