Cash upon pick up will be fine as long as the order don't wind up being very large. I do not use PP anymore unless it's an emergency.

PS Mike, The Fat content is different between the blends. This Guy is a trained Chef and knows his stuff JMO Plus a long time user said to do both by alternating daily.
