These zoa eat shrimp and flake food!
I suspect I'll have a lot to frag soon ;-)

Does on Target feed Zoos? OR just let em get what the fish miss. I've never fed mine deliberately although my Green Palys always seem to grab a lot.

edit: btw, I got a piece of that green digi really late in the swap and it looks real good... the tips look almost blue on mine now.

I target feed some of my zoa.
The ones that are popular and people are waiting for frags.

I never target feed my zoas. Most zoas wont eat anything that we feed them anyways. Too big. But a lot of the palys will feed on meaty foods.

I dont feed mine, but they do get the occational mysis.

I would like to know also.I got the same type of Chalics from the frag swap

That one in Zepp's pic likes a lot of light.

It was just under the water's surface, below 400w MH.

That one has a tendency to darken after fragging, but will brighten up again once it settles in to your tank.

Yup. Zoanthus will absorb dissolved organics. Palythoa, protopalythoa, and parazoanthus will take in particulates.

Zepp, isn't the chalice in pic 3 the same piece as in the background in pic 2?

That's the one I'm talking about that likes a lot of light.
