for educational purposes to all.
be very careful when collecting if your not familiar with florida collection laws
this link provides all the information on marine harvesting.

http://myfwc.com/marine/recreational/recharvestmls.htm

the lobster is permitted,
the serpent star is permitted.
the picture of the florida star is not good enough for a positive identification however i believe its the Oreaster reticulatus
http://www.seasky.org/reeflife/sea2d.html

if the starfish is that species it falls under the prohibited species list.

be careful.

Thnx for your concern, but like Mel said, I do not collect myself, I bought them from a local online store, that happens to get great stuff right of our own waters.
