New Future Zoa Tank

just a small video of a new "upgrade"...what a small hole in your drain with a little tubing can do!

thanks...so far I have 4 i think..the VDM, maryjanes, some blue zoos, and then either RPE or OPE (I thought it was reds at first, but then they started changing to more orange. Hopefully I'll be getting some candy apples, purple deaths, rose nebs, and some others shortly....I just gotta keep telling myself to be patient so I don't go and blow hundreds on 1 polyp frags from vendors :)

Hey bronco.. Nice setup!! Looking forward to seeing more!

I wanted to ask u what is your glass thickness? How long has it been setup?i ask bc i wanted to do the same rimless look on my 40 breeder!..but was concerned if the 1/4" glass was to thin.. What do you think?thanks

Thanks...center braces are there for a reason besides just being ugly...so if you have one, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking off the brace without either having thicker than normal glass or some other sort of bracing (like mine having two glass braces). Mine has been up for 2 months now, no problems, no signs of issues....knock on wood.:hammer:

Really nice setup, with those barnacles you should get a group of barnacle blennies. I just picked up 4 of them and they are awesome small reef safe fish. Tons of personality.

I have zoas under the AI fixture and they have been doing well. Looking forward to the continuation of this thread.

yea, i thought about doing that...but I'm not really partial too blennies just sitting in holes...I like to see them out and about and swimming around alot.

well here are some zoa pics that are in the tank as of now...got a few new ones last week
