New green tree coral ,I think!

I just got this piece of coral from my LFS on saturday. I was told someone just traded it in . It did not look that green but for 15 bucks i thought could bring it around with some nurturing. It still has not opened fully and its "polyps" (if that is what they are called)have yet to open . Some branches are starting to get some green back but some still have a reddish hue.
Any suggestion ? do You think it looks OK?

It looks like maybe it was bleached

Possibly reef321 or not enough light . I had one before and was always pretty pale but it had a real pretty light green hue , seemed to glow onder actinics.

Still has not opened like my old one !
