hey guys I attached the list for fish again. If its blacked out then you must have gotten them. If you have gotten something and its not blacked out then please let me know
1st and foremost, as for unclaimed fish, basically Zenman's order, and TKE's order are both unclaimed. I guess they are too good to read the posts that were made, and ll personal issues aside the majority of their fish are availible, when they come in.
urkunde: could you please pay me for the fish that I got you? I know its not a lot, but damn man, don't order fish and have me get them and not pay me for them...I live close, pay me please
the flame wrasses are slowly coming in, I know that someone got a couple last week,
If you wern't in on this order but want some of the fish let me know and I will get it figured out

I was under the impression that none of the Flame Wrasses came in or would ever come in?

You and Evan were both given notice that I had made other arrangements for fish and YOU WERE NOT TO COMPLETE my order.
Since this was ordered in stages there should have been absolutely no issue in removing my items from the future fill list. The only fish that where "mine" that came in on the first order before I "officially cancelled" were the Bartlett Anthias' and another reefer asked if they could take my allotment.
I'm sorry this order turned into a mess for you, but I did everything possible to make it known that I would not accept any more fish ordered for me. I don't know why you didn't just remove my items from the fill list.
As far as I am concerned I behaved professionally and ethically.

I don't check this forum any more, I also never got any emails or phone calls telling me my fish were in like I was told I would get. I was told one time he had my fish, I drove 30 minutes and none were there. I also told you over a week before the first batch came in that I couldn't afford it anymore and would try to work something out since you had no way of canceling. You told me NOT to cancel anything on my order so others could pick things up at a discounted price. I would have called Evan and told him I couldn't do it but you told me NOT to do that. That is not my fault. Since I never received anything off my order that was placed 4 months ago I figured it wasn't going to come, my tank is now stocked with beautiful healthy fish from other suppliers.
I'm definitly not too good to read this thread...... Zen perhaps you could tell me where and when you told me that you had already filled your order? I didnt talk to anyone from the list on my phone until some of them were already here, thats when you let me know that you didn't want them...and TKE, you talked to me for what 30 minutes about your life and everything, you were headded strait to the store after our phone call, and yet days later you hadn't been there? I told him to sell them to whomever.
Guys don't misunderstand me, I am not angry with yoyur lack of integrity. Its just that you dont keep your word, and that guys is not my problem, but rather yours. I actually feel sorry that you guys have to rant and rave on here like children because you didn't do what you said. now excuse me, I have to get back to the several PMs that I got from people wanting to take your orders...

Can someone tell me when flame wrasses are due in?
I think people that originally said they were in, have backed out due to the fact that this order is going on 3 months old and they found another source. If we ever do another one of these, maybe we should search for another diver?

No offense but I have dealt with both Zen Man and TKEracer69 and they are both stand up guys and have never had an issue with their intetgrity.
It's really too bad that there was so much confusion and problems with the whole order but that is usually to be expected to some degree. It might have been better to contact them privately.

Fine, even if you missed my post on the thread you admit speaking with me and hearing that I wanted to cancel any remaining items from any future orders. I talked with Evan that first night that fish came in and he told me the only fish allocated to me were Bartlett Anthias. Based upon my post in this thread, another reefer asked to have my anthias' allocation. So how are you stuck with fish that "I ordered" since this entire fish order was placed in stages and my items were cancelled both in writing and verbally to you and Evan. We all know the Flame Wrasses, Firefish, Achilles Tangs and Chevron Tangs didn't come in that first night, so please do enlighten the thread on how you are stuck with "my fish".
Curt, I am getting angry about your personal attacks on me in this very public forum. I have really tried to hold back and not take this personally or respond with a personal attack on you. However, I believe your last comment about a lack of integrity was completely uncalled for as I believe I have behaved in a very professional manner. I will not respond to any more attacks from you as I have now set the record straight.
