How long Before my kenya tree opens up. I just put him in the tank about 1 hour ago but it looks kinda limp and just swaying in the current

Sounds like it is already opening up if it can be described as "limp and just swaying in the current".
But usually you measure these types of things in days rather then hours. It could even take weeks for some of the more temperamental corals to adjust. Kenya Trees tend to get settled in pretty quickly though.
