On speaking with Marty just today, I don't think there are any specific "specials". It's one of those "everything is priced to move" situations. He's looking forward to getting opened and is going to be putting in a long night tonight preparing for it. As was said before, I think he's planning a big Grand Opening gig a little while down the road, but he promised that the stuff he was going to have out tomorrow would be worth checking out. I don't know anything more specific than that, and I don't think I could post it if I did.


Now.....gotta grab my sleeping bag and head on out. :lol:

Oh, and with regards to future specials and such, he's planning on registering people tomorrow for email notices. I think he said that their website will also be getting updated and you may be able to register for email notices through there as well.

Um, I sit 5 feet away from his wife at work 5 days a week. I didn't go to anybody. I talk to him every once in awhile when he calls in looking for her. Simple as that. Really don't see what the problem is in sharing info that I heard that is regarding a new reef store in town. Thought that's what this site was about.

I don't want this thread closed because of some rediculous back and forth about something irrelevant to its original purpose. I've said what I know about the place, all I know, and everyone who goes there will see it for themselves tomorrow and that will be that. I'm sure the guys who live really close to it will be there a heck of a lot more than I'll be able to. Hopefully I'll see everyone tomorrow.

Couple of new items I picked up there today:

Along with a new Scooter Blenny. Told him I wanted one of the powder blues in the front tank too, but now that I look at my tank again at home, not so sure I have the room for one of those big guys. Some of the thickest PBT's I've seen in a store though.

Great seeing some folks and having lunch with a bunch of you.

Yeah, it was fun Dave. (There is no way my burger was only 1/3 pound....I'm still full).

You snagged some great pieces. I went back after lunch and bought more even more.
