Angelfish/Wrasse Nut!
I bought a 3-3.5in Coral Beauty Angel about 3 months ago, and when I bought it it look Beautiful! So when I took it home I was feeding it Hakari Mysis, and nori (although he really didn't go for the nori). Well his colors faded, he got pop-eye and his sides got weird and blotchy, and he stated scratching like he had a parasite. He basically looked like crap and I was worried for him. So I went down to my LFS got some Ocean Nutrition Dwarf Angel Formula, selcon, and garlic. I started soaking all the food in selcon and garlic. He ate it but not as vigorously I wanted him to. But doing that did not do much at all. Then I remembered reading that a lot of people use NLS (with other foods though), and WWM says its a great staple food. I went to NLS's website, and read EVERYTHING it said, and watched the video it had. NLS said to feed it exclusively, my fish looked like crap and was gonna die so what did I have to lose? I started feeding NLS exclusively, and my fish started to look healthier and more vibrant, he also ate the NLS with gusto. Its been about 1.5-2 months since feeding NLS EXCLUSIVELY and I can honestly say he is THEE best looking Coral Beauty Angel I have ever seen (I worked at a LFS for 1.5 years, I've seen MANY Coral Beauty Angels). His colors are AMAZING, his pop-eye went away, he stopped scratching, and his skin is no longer weird and blotchy.

So I now feed NLS exclusively! Everything is looking good and going great!

So here is a poll to see how many people feed NLS exclusively, as a staple (75%-90%), with many other foods (25%-75%), sparingly (1%-25%), and not at all.
