New light question

Hello all, I just bought an aquarium that came with a light that I've never hear of and I'm needing some guidance. The light is a Sfiligoi Zenith LED+T5 combo with 4x80W T5 and 54X2.2 LED. The issue I'm having is there are a million wires and plugs none of which I know what to do with and no on/off switch.
Any help I can get would be amazing.

looks like some type of DIY retro kit fixture.

It doesn't turn on when you plug it in?

Top of the last picture is that black thing some type of switch?

I've plugged it in and the T5s come on but not the LEDs, it's an Italian brand that I had never heard of. also there are two cords that look like telphone connections (thought I'm sure they are not) that go from the lights and from one of the boxes, maybe for a controller?

Sfiligoi is a VERY high end manufacturer. I don't know exactly what it is, but I would not discard it without finding out.

The woman I bought it from said it was a $5k light but google has no info. I messaged the manufacturer looking for a manual but I'm still waiting a response.

The fixture itself looks very nice and should be a good hybrid. But the wires and electrics look like something a 3 year old child would make out of his toy box!

I'd work with that for a long time before I'd give up on it. Good luck.
