New light: time set not working

Everything is perfect except the system believes it's (at the time) 4:15 AM instead of 12:40 pm, and nothing I tried works and the fix recommended by the Ecosmart site doesn't work either. Even resetting the time zone to Osaka Japan didn't move it. (should be Pacific Time).

This is replacing one Radion with another.

i'm wondering if maybe I should unplug the lights and plug them in again at 4:15 am Pacific.

They're looking quite lovely at the moment: it's 7 pm and they think it's high daylight.

Thank you, Ecotech, for a prompt response (e-mail). My problem was that the Radion lights wanted Google Chrome, not Firefox. I loaded the other browser, had a little kerfluffle of reloading the Manager once I reasoned that MAYBE the thing was socketed to Firefox. I did that, then had one other problem of getting the thing to acknowledge I was on live, not offline. BUT a reload of the program from the button in the bottom tray and all of a sudden everything was talking to everything. So the process was 1. come up on Chrome 2. be sure you have Manager and Chrome talking 3. when in doubt, reload the computer but do not turn the Radions off or on while plugged into the computer.
