new modem/router.... apex wont connect

as the title says, got a new modem/ router from the phone company. i have the apex hard wired to the router and i cant access it. any suggestions?
 
Different manufacturers use different IP ranges in their routers. It's possible your new router uses a different range than the old one. Simplest way to fix is to go into your Apex, set DHCP to ON and reboot the Apex. It should then go to the router and get a new address. If you have DynDNS addressing setup and port forwarding, that will all have to be redone.

If that doesn't work, there's a troubleshooting page in the User Guide that might help you step through the network issues one by one.
