Help
I have 2 clownfish just had there second batch of fry. I have noticed some black spots on the female and have been reading up on everythingi can to make a diagnocis not positive on what it might be here is what i have noticed 4-5 weeks ago i noticed the bigger female getting agresive with the only other inhabitant other than her better half a 4inch yellow tang that trys to keep close. they have taken a run or two at each other so there was a mark overnight the size of a capital "O" on her right side in her white stripe latter turned gray and fadded away also a few tiny little spots showed up latter startted white and turned to black some faded and are gone and some are still there and are black. Also these two clownfish live in a hairalgea patch that is growing on a rock at the front of the 120 gal tank so i get a real good look at them. Also i notice behind her pectoral fins it is also black like maybe she is rubbing the protection off her skin or scales when she thrashes around in the algea anyways still eating well no breathing difficulties the male has 2 black spots look like scraps maybe from his agression with the tang that is more than happy to use his tale spikes. I have sepperated then now. Just 3 days ago i noticed a big whitish gray spot on her head on her white strip and is turning darker not sure if it came after seperation from the tang or not but could it be age spots or ruff play with her mate or a parisite or both any sudjestions would be helpfull
Thanks Greg
